My purpose is to enable individuals to discover what is most meaningful to them in work and empower them to pursue and achieve it.

Through creating a space of trust, respect, and empathy (coupled with a sense of humor!), I enable clients to explore their strengths and aspirations (often expanding beyond their current mindset), and uncover and move past limiting beliefs and narratives.

Using a customized process of discovery, I help clients clarify and articulate their aspirational vision and actionable goals and build a plan with clearly defined actions. I act as a thought partner that helps a client tap into their limitless potential and achieve real, sustaining change and growth.

I leverage 15+ years experience as a corporate talent leader and coach, where I have helped hundreds of people gain real clarity on what was most meaningful to them in their careers, and how to “level up” their capabilities.

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University, and hold both Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and ICF Associate Certified Coach credentials.

Although I work with clients throughout North America, I am based in Seattle, WA where I life with my husband, Chris, and two cats who rule our lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, gardening, music, am a lifelong car enthusiast, and love sharing a great meal with friends. I serve as a volunteer Board Committee member for the regional non-profit YouthCare.
